My Fashion Wishlist for Spring 2013

Hello there!

I have recently been pouring over magazines and obsessed with all of the fashion trends for Spring.  This led me to want to update my wardrobe with a few new spring fashions.  So, here is my current wishlist of things that I would like in my closet for Spring.

1.  A Light Simple Dress

          I really want a new simple dress in a cute spring color because it is something that I will live in during the springtime! If you buy one in a solid color then it's easy to pair with almost anything.  This blue one from Windsor ($43) is definitely my favorite.  I love how flowy it is and also the ombre effect which is a huge trend right now!

2.  Brown Strappy Wedges

          A pair of wedges in a neutral color like brown will go with almost anything.  I'm only 5'2" so any time I can be a little taller I love it!  Plus wedges are actually super comfy and  a much better alternative to heels if you're going to be walking around a lot.  I really like these wedges from Tillys and they're only $27! 

3.  Floral-Print Shorts

          Of course for Spring you have to have a little bit of a floral-print!  I have been seeing shorts with a floral-print all over the place lately and I am in love.  These are a great piece to have in your closet to just throw on a white T-shirt with and run out the door.  I love the colors in this pair from the LC Lauren Conrad collection at Khols ($26).  

4.  Spring Sunglasses

          It's a great idea to update a piece of your wardrobe for the new season.  Sunglasses are a great piece to update for spring.  We all have our favorite style of sunglasses, mine are aviators and these from Forever 21 ($6) are a great Spring update with the coral pink sides.  

5.  Denim Shirt

          This is another great piece that can be thrown over anything that you already own or just worn by itself.  I really like how this one from Forever 21 ($20) ties at the waist too.  It would look great tied with a dress or skirt.

6.  A Scarf in Spring Colors

          I am obsessed with scarves.  They look great with any outfit, and you instantly look more put together when you put one on.  Therefore, I really want one in some amazing spring colors.  This one from Zara ($30) is great; it has any Spring color you could possibly want to wear!
